Sue Ridenhour, 68 year old Woodward resident, passed away Monday, May 27, 2024 in Oklahoma City. At this time there will be no service. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.


Sue Ellen (McDaniel) Ridenhour was born on June 28, 1955 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Leo and Lorena (Nelson) McDaniel. Sue grew up in Guymon and graduated from Guymon High School. She was united in marriage to Glen Edwin Ridenhour on July 29, 1978 in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their first home in Fritch, Texas and lived in southwest Kansas for a short period before moving back to Woodward. Sue owned the Factory Fresh Car Detailing Shop for many years until she retired.


She loved being with her family and spending time with her cats and also the neighborhood cats. Sue enjoyed gardening, taking care of her yard, art and drawing.


She is survived by her husband Glen Ridenhour of the home; one son, Jason Ridenhour and wife Misti; two daughters: Brooke Ridenhour Merriman and husband Jonathan, Alisha Hack and husband Todd; nine grandchildren: Alexys, Ethyn, and Shelby Ridenhour, Cooper and Noah Hack, Madalynn, Jonas, Olivia, and Ezra Merriman; other relatives and many friends.


Sue was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Steven Martin McDaniel.
