Woodward, Oklahoma - Sandy Craig, 78 year old Woodward resident passed away, Monday, January 12, 2026 in Oklahoma City. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, January 17, 2026 at the Faith United Methodist Church with Reverend Mary Miriti officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.


Sandra Jane (White) Craig was born November 14, 1947 to Neal T. and Goldie A. (Aldrich) White in Woodward, Oklahoma. Sandy grew up in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School. She then attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Sandy was united into marriage to Fred Craig in October of 1994 in Woodward. The couple made their home in Woodward and have enjoyed creating a life watching their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren grow up.


Sandy worked as an Assistant Vice President Personal Banker and retired after 45 plus years. She often enjoyed gardening and all types of flowers, watching horses and car races, crafting and giving a hand in community service. Sandy was a member of Grace Outreach, United Women in Faith, Stephen Ministry, helping with Meals on Wheels and the Food Pantry. She served on the board at theSenior Center, helping with the annual Christmas toy giveaway and being a part of the United Methodist Committee on relief work at Sager Brown. Sandy cherished her family. Being able to watch her children and grandchildren grow was the highlight of her life.


Sandy is survived by her husband Fred Craig of the home; children, Stephanie Anderson of Oklahoma City, Bryan Anderson and wife Amber of Norman, Robyn Penry and husband Rex of Leedey, Susan Taylor and husband Kory of Woodward, Jim Craig; two brothers, Larry White and wife Janet of Woodward, Garry White and wife Judy of Edmond; ten grandchildren, Katelyn Anderson, Wyatt Anderson, Harlie Cloyd and husband Braton, Dawson Taylor and wife Christina, Lane Taylor, Leah Taylor, Tyler Penry and wife Alison, Sarah Penry, Rachel Davis and husband Toby, Stetson Craig; 11 great grandchildren, Riley Cloyd, Ruthie Cloyd, River Cloyd, Ranger Cloyd, Rory Cloyd, Reese Cloyd, Kennedi Taylor, Kolter Taylor, Klayton Taylor, Crash Davis and Griffey Davis; and many other relatives and friends.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Neal and Goldie White, her first husband Clarence Anderson.


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Grace Outreach Ministry with the funeral home accepting the contributions.
