Mark C. Clark, 44 year old Woodward resident, died Friday, February 3, 2017 at his home in Woodward surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2017 at the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Peggy Kitchens, Faith Hospice Chaplain officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time on Monday.
Mark Christopher Clark was born on May 23, 1972 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to Albert Edward and Patricia Anne (Makin) Clark. Mark grew up everywhere!! He was well cultured, but loved California, especially Big Bear. Mark was united in marriage to Lena Mae Lee on December 13, 2006 in Woodward, Oklahoma. They made their home in Woodward and they have lived here since that time. He worked for Great White, Jericho, Beaver Express, and was currently working for J&R Transport.
Mark enjoyed rocking out, fishing, playing with the dogs that he loved, singing on Rock Band and hiding from David Pierce. He loved spending time with the grandchildren, Bayleigh and Kail. He was most proud of his sons and their military career. He was very proud of his youngest son for his love and support and his achievements in welding. Mark was an avid OU Sooner fan. He also enjoyed hiding food from David Pierce.
He is survived by his wife Lena Mae Clark of the home; sons: David and Angela Fishinghawk of Woodward, Jesse Fishinghawk of Woodward, Jarvis Fishinghawk of Woodward, David and Miranda Pierce of Woodward; one brother Richard Clark of Missouri; two grandchildren, Bayleigh JoAnn, Kail Lesle Lee Fishinghawk; various nephews, nieces, other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Albert Edward Clark, Jr.
