Frank Walter Dryden of Yukon, OK passed from this life on May 5, 2015 at the age of 77 years 3 months and 4 days. He was born February 2, 1938 in Vici, OK to David and Velta (Turner) Dryden. Frank was raised on the Dryden family farm east of Vici, OK. He attended Sunnyside country school, Mutual public school and in the 5th grade transferred to Vici public schools, playing baseball and basketball all three of his school years graduating with the class of 1957. Frank went to plumbing school in Wichita Falls, TX. After completing school, Frank went to work for Harris heating & plumbing in Woodward, OK. Frank also worked for Southside plumbing in Oklahoma City until he retired. Frank also had accepted Jesus Christ as his savior. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting, yardwork and bird watching. Frank married Donna Jamison; they had one son Scott and a daughter Tammy. Donna brought 2 beautiful children to this marriage Rocky & Shelly Dawn. Later Frank married Wanda Evans who passed away March 16, 2008. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sisters Judy Pauls, Davena Dryden; brother Richard Dryden, grandson Cody Wiseman; nieces Marla Pauls, Melanie Brosh and nephew Peter Pauls. He is survived by his son Scott and wife Sharon; daughter Tammy Wiseman and husband Brian; son Tim Pauls, step-son Rocky Weder and wife Mary, Step-daughter Shelby Turner and husband Phillip; sisters Phyllis Hixson and husband Henry, Patricia Clements; grandchildren Joel, Everett, Tiffany and Carl; aunts Louise Turner Smith, Nadine Dryden Jones; nieces Kelly Hixson Smith, Melodie Brosh Calloway, Melissa Ryan, Johna Kay Dryden; nephews Rick Hixson, Rich Dryden, Ches Brosh and other family and friends. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday May 9, 2015 at Resurrection cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith & Turner Mortuary, Yukon, OK.
