Beverly Whitchurch, 75 year old Woodward resident, died Thursday Beverly Whitchurch, 75 year old Woodward resident, died Thursday, July 20, 2017 at her home in Woodward. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 24, 2017 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Habekott officiating. Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.

Beverly Ann (Denny) Whitchurch was born on August 26, 1941 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Clarence and Mary (Long) Denny. She grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and attended St. Marys Catholic School and graduated in 1959. Beverly was united in marriage to Jimmie Dale Whitchurch on August 26, 1969. They made their home in Indianapolis before moving to Ellington, Missouri in 1974. They moved to Woodward and she has lived there since that time. Beverly worked for the Woodward Bowling Alley and for the Sonic.

She was a member of the New Horizon United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the women of the Moose. Beverly enjoyed bowling, fishing, and spending time with her family. She loved watching her grandkids play sports, Thunder basketball, Cardinal baseball, traveling, and visiting with her Moose family.

She is survived by her daughters: Kathy Farley and husband Jim of Astor Park, Florida, Becky Campbell and husband Colby of Woodward, Judy Habekott and husband Michael of Woodward, Beth Patton and husband Mark of Mooreland; step-daughters: Dee Dee and Dennis Rodgers of Kentucky, Shelley and Kirk Grable of Washington; 11 grandchildren: Tashia Poore, Amanda Bruce, Katherine Pasquali, Kristin Wallace, Rachel Jones, Andrea Campbell, Cody Campbell, Heather Habekott, Destiney Habekott, Ashley Patton, Sarah Patton; sister-in-law, Karen Hickman of Indianapolis, Indiana; 13 great-grandchildren and two on the way; a special dear friend, Annie Kornele, other relatives and many friends that considered her family and called her Ma or Grandma. She was loved by numerous people that she met over the years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one brother, and her husband Jim on December 3, 1994.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Woodward Moose Lodge, Moose Haven with the funeral home accepting the contributions on behalf of the family.
