Wanda L. Cooper, 60 year old resident of Tulsa, died Tuesday, December 27, 2016 in Tulsa. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 2017 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Willie A. Darrow, Jr. officiating. Burial will be held in Prairie View Cemetery under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Wanda Louise (Thompson) Cooper was born November 25, 1956 in Phoenix, Arizona; she was the daughter of William Collie and Louise Dean (Raymer) Thompson. She attended Woodward schools, graduating from Woodward High School. Wanda was a dog groomer and spent her time caring for other people and loved doing crafts.

She was a member of the Baptist Church.

She is survived by one son, Daniel William Cooper of Woodward; one daughter, Teanna Kay Cooper of Tulsa; two brothers, Robert Neel Thompson and wife Debbie of Woodward; Paul Thompson of Woodward; one sister, Doris Jean Charmasson and husband Alan of Woodward.
