Stacy Longstreth, 37 year old Enid resident and former Woodward resident, died Monday, August 21, 2017 in Enid. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 24, 2017 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Ed Dowty officiating. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
Stacy Rene Longstreth was born August 13, 1980 in Woodward, Oklahoma to Dennis Vanhorn and Janet Loretta (Eagan) Carriger. Stacy was raised by her dad, Eddie Carriger. She grew up in Woodward and graduated from Woodward High School. She was united in marriage to James Cody Longstreth on August 19, 2005 and to this union three children were born, Kayla Rene, Kolton Dale, and Keeton Cody. James preceded her in death on February 10, 2008.
She worked at various jobs throughout her life. She loved camping, fishing, dancing, and spending time with her children and her grandson. Stacy loved singing to her music and she loved spending time with her partner, Eugene Buffington who she thought the world of.
She is survived by one daughter, Kayla Rene Longstreth-Graves and husband Jaden of Perryton, Texas; two sons: Kolton Dale Longstreth of Woodward, Keeton Cody Longstreth of Woodward; two sisters, Dore Beetem and husband Terry of Carthage, Missouri, Tassie Thomas and husband Lucus of Enid; her precious grandson, Kobe James Graves of Perryton, Texas; her father-in-law and mother-law, James Gill and Honey Jean Longstreth of Woodward, Bob and Mary Eagan of Borger, Texas; other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Carolynn and Arley Hutchison, grandfather, Paul Eagan, great-grandmother Murtle Westenhaver and her husband James.
