Salvador's Story

Salvador Dominguez Fuentes, 23 year old Woodward resident, died Wednesday, December 13, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident, east of Mooreland. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 16, 2017 in the St. Peter Catholic Church with Reverend Joseph Arledge presiding. A prayer vigil and rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m. Friday, December 15, 2017 in the St. Peter Catholic Church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Billings Funeral Home.

Salvador Dominguez Fuentes was born September 10, 1994 in Chihuahua, Mexico; he was the son of Salvador Dominguez Bencomo and Ricarda Fuentes Arizmendiz. The family moved to Woodward, Oklahoma in 2001 before moving to Ashland, Kansas. The family moved back to Woodward in 2005. Salvador attended Woodward schools and graduated from Woodward High School in 2013. After his graduation he went to work for ACG Materials as a Heavy Equipment Operator and was working for them at the time of his death.

He loved hanging out with his family and friends. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.

He is survived by his mom, Ricarda Fuentes Arizmendiz; father, Salvador Dominguez Bencomo; one sister, Brenda Pando and husband Roberto; one brother, Adrian Rene Dominguez and wife Kassandra Monique Dominguez; maternal grandparents,Amado Fuentex Barron, Fransisca Arizmendiz Pinela; paternal grandpa, Salvador Dominguez Dominguez; niece, Mariza Pando; two nephews, Jesus Pando, Drake Pando; numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Teresa Bencomo Perez.
