Miranda Ruttman, 38 year old Mooreland resident passed from this life on June 13, 2016 in Woodward. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, June 17, 2016 with Tom Kahn officiating in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Mooreland Cemetery.
Miranda Kaye (Bair) Ruttman was born on March 3, 1978 in Denver, Colorado; the daughter of Stanley Faye Bair and Christina Ann Plana. Miranda spent her childhood in Arizona, California, Nebraska, and Colorado. She graduated from Lamar High School in Lamar, Colorado. Miranda was united in marriage to John Martin Ruttman on November 9, 2009 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Miranda and J.M. made their home in Mooreland. Miranda started working as a CNA in Eads, Colorado, she later went on to receive her Nursing Certification. She worked at several nursing homes before going to work for the State of Oklahoma at William S. Key Correctional Facility in Fort Supply where she was currently employed as a Nurse.
Miranda enjoyed scrap booking, watching her children participate in various sports. She was always their biggest fan. She loved her family very much. She also loved her friends, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Miranda is survived by her husband J.M.; her children, Austin Gillispie; Khloe Gillispie; and Brant Ruttman all of the home; parents, Christina Kosinski and husband Walter of Portland, Oregon; Stan Bair of Atkinson, Nebraska; brother, Stan Bair and wife Corin of Oregon City, Oregon; mother-in-law, Myrtle Ruttman of Mooreland; step siblings, Sarah Christenson and husband Aaron of Le Mars, Iowa; Todd Kosinski and Chad Kosinski both of Jefferson, South Dakota; grandfather Bill Plana; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews other family and many friends.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Adam Bair; paternal grandparents; maternal grandmother and her father-in-law, John Ruttman.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to her family for her children's education.
