Chelsea Raquel Stockard Chelsea Stockard, 42 year old Woodward resident, passed away Monday, August 27, 2018 in Woodward. Visitation will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Billings Funeral Home. At her request no services will be held.

Chelsea Raquel (Mecham) Stockard was born on December 12, 1975 in Provo, Utah; she was the daughter of John Richard and Raquel Diane (Diaz) Mecham. While she was a young girl she lived in many places including, Montana, Utah, and Washington state. Chelsea graduated high school in Kennewick, Washington. She was united in marriage to Kevin Stockard on April 8, 1999 in Richland, Washington at the Assembly of God Church. Chelsea and Kevin made their home in Richland, Washington. They were blessed with one son Kaden. Chelsea and her family relocated to Woodward for her husbands job. While in Woodward Chelsea worked at Stage, she attended High Plains Vo-Tech and received her certified nursing assistant certificate and worked at Providence Place. She was currently working at United.

She enjoyed music, watching movies, hiking in nature, and being at her moms place in the mountains. Chelsea loved her husband, and son, spending time with family and friends. She also always looked forward to having Skylette come to her house.

Chelsea is survived by her husband, Kevin Stockard of the home; son, Kaden Stockard of Woodward; mother, Diane Mecham of Washington; three brothers, Jaiar Mecham of Tennessee; Brandon Mecham and wife DeeAnna and their children of Pennsylvania; Stephen Mecham and wife Dolly of Washington; other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father.
